YID is a for-purpose, youth led, charitable organization, a Global Grassroots Leadership Movement empowering youth of African descent in the socio-economic development of their local communities. In the Diaspora, we are empowering young people of African descent to obtain the necessary resources to be represented in various sectors as leaders for decision making and to develop their local communities where they live. We’re building up the leaders not only of tomorrow but of today who don’t have a voice in decisions that impact their everyday life.
