As a social media coordinator at WooYourBoo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's online presence and engaging with our vibrant community of couples.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. As the Social Media Coordinator for WooYourBoo, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You'll work closely with the founding team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and helps couples enhance their relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in line with WooYourBoo's brand identity and goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the founding team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with our brand's aesthetics.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates across all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond to user inquiries and engagement in a timely and authentic manner.
- Engage with the WooYourBoo community to help us build a team of 100 couples who will provide feedback on our platform
- Collaborate with the founding team to plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions that align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics regularly, using data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure WooYourBoo remains innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role for a brand or company.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create engaging and relatable content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in relationships, couples' dynamics, and self-improvement.
- Familiarity with relationship advice, communication techniques, and emotional well-being is a plus.
