Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing strategies
- Identify, negotiate, recruit, and manage top influencers & content creators
- Oversee campaign performance, analytics & ROI optimization
- Collaborate with brands to craft engaging, results-driven campaigns
- Stay ahead of trends in digital & influencer marketing
Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
- Strong analytical & strategic skills in digital marketing
- Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills
- Passion for social commerce and the digital creator economy
