Job Overview:

As an integral part of our Sales team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads. The primary focus is on generating new business opportunities and ensuring a robust sales pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. **Prospecting:**Identify and research potential customers through various channels. Generate leads through outbound cold calling, emails, and social media engagement.

  2. **Lead Qualification:**Conduct thorough research to understand the prospect's business and needs. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria before passing them to the Account Executive team.

  3. **Sales Outreach:**Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers to nurture relationships. Communicate the value proposition of our products/services effectively.

  4. **CRM Management:**Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  5. **Collaboration:**Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies for lead generation. Provide valuable insights into customer needs and market trends.

  6. **Performance Metrics:**Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for qualified leads. Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
