We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Success Agent for our Customer Success team. You’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of support to agents, managers, and customers.
This high level of support is achieved by effectively answering agent questions, accurately handling escalation requests, creating clear and helpful documentation, processing domain transfers, mentoring and educating agents, and successfully completing department projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Direct mentoring and shadowing of new agents or tenured agents with opportunities for improvement
- Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Maintenance and creation of SOPs, reference documentation, guides, and other internal help articles
- Be available and attentive to the needs of the assigned team, such as by providing office hours, motivational material, or personal best practices
- Monitor and answer any questions that arise in Slack channels
- Escalate new or existing incidents to the Engineering Support Team
- Educate agents using rejected bug escalations
- Approve/decline documents for our Affiliates in Tipalti
- Answer reviews for our Reputation Management
- Project work as required by management
- Seek out opportunities to improve the department through process improvements, team education, or other projects and initiatives
- Process domain transfer requests
- Provide clear, accurate, and actionable responses to agent questions
- Coach agents to understand how to best troubleshoot solutions or find answers
About You
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with email, internet, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Apple OS
- Intermediate communication proficiency
- Demonstrated decision making and leadership abilities
- Proven customer care and conflict resolution skills
- Mastery of ClickFunnels platform and related software
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- 2+ years ClickFunnels Technical Support experience
- 1+ years team coaching or leadership experience preferred
