We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Success Agent to join our Customer Success team. At this time, we are only seeking international team members to work on a long term contract basis. We are not hiring US based employees. You’ll be responsible for providing technical and billing support to ClickFunnels customers. Each Agent is tasked with providing customer support up to their highest level of training. In each customer interaction, the Agent will provide the best possible customer care as it aligns with our standard operating procedures, quality assurance standards, ClickFunnels mission statement, and core values.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support customers through live chat conversations and tickets
    • Offer screen sharing via when requested or needed
    • Create ad hoc videos to assist users when requested or needed
    • Escalate suspected or confirmed bug issues for each qualified customer ticket
  • Attend and be actively engaged in weekly team meetings for support related updates
  • Attend and be actively engaged in regular 1-on-1 meetings with the Support Manager for performance evaluation, coaching, and any additional training
  • Communicate with other team members & Senior Support Agents regarding support questions in relevant Slack channels
  • Recommend new articles or updates to existing articles
  • Adhere to schedule and work during scheduled hours
  • Remain up to date with team, department, and company announcement channels
  • Provide regular Support Manager feedback
  • Promote a positive team environment
  • Additional responsibilities are added as you increase your product knowledge, including:
    • Shadowing and educating newer Agents
    • Assisting with answering questions from fellow Agents
    • Promoting a healthy and positive team environment through creative posts and conversations
    • Support product launches, events, and handling all tickets and live chats related to them
  • Competent understanding of core tasks and procedures
  • Perform job duties independently and handle additional responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle both the live chat and ticket queues
  • Fully proficient in using and explaining all functions of ClickFunnels software
  • Ability to handle and troubleshoot difficult and complex problems with the highest standards of communication, customer care, and accuracy
  • Ability to assist super-users with unique and individualized issues

About You

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with email, internet, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Apple OS
  • Excellent social, technical, and customer service skills
  • High level written and oral communication skills required
  • Customer Service/Technical Support and/or small-business service experience preferred
  • Willing to take live chats, and able to handle taking live chats while working through ticket queues
  • Ability to perform job duties independently and handle additional responsibilities
  • Able to handle challenges, with a proven history of increased productivity

Our Total Rewards

The target pay range for this role is $6 and up, based on qualifications and experience.
