About OneCliq:
OneCliq is building the first Intelligent Assistant for content creation. Right now, we offer creators a Video Editing and Copywriting Assistant to help them share their videos anywhere with just a few clicks. Your Assistant creates shorter clips of your longer content and generates written content in your tone of voice for a variety of platforms. Next, this Assistant will help creators make data-driven decisions about what content to create next to improve the performance and relevance of their content.
Position Overview:
OneCliq is looking for a skilled video editor to join our dynamic team. You will be working closely with our in-house creators to craft engaging and polished videos tailored for our YouTube audience. As we ramp up our Go-To-Market, we aim to elevate our YouTube presence and engage more users with high production value content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founders to understand the vision for the brand’s voice and creative direction.
- Collaborate with in-house creators to understand the essence of each video project.
- Edit raw video footage into polished pieces, ensuring consistency with the OneCliq brand and YouTube best practices.
- Incorporate innovative editing techniques to make our content stand out and resonate with our YouTube audience.
- Implement graphics, music, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality and engagement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to creators for continuous improvement in content creation.
- Ensure that the final edited videos are ready for upload, meeting all technical specifications of YouTube.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, especially those popular on YouTube.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on YouTube content.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with creators and team members.
- Bonus: Strong understanding of YouTube's content guidelines and best practices.
