We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Copywriter to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and voice on various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and insightful content that resonates with our audience, aligns with our brand values, and drives our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Craft compelling copy for social media posts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, tailored to each platform's audience.
2. Brand Voice: Uphold and convey JupiterHR's brand voice and message consistently across all social media channels.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop content strategies that align with company goals and campaigns.
4. Engagement: Monitor social media channels for trending news and ideas, and capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts.
5. Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on the engagement and effectiveness of your social media content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role, specifically with social media content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
• Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
