Take the lead as the Localization Team Lead at GetResponse! You'll drive the localization process across all our products, marketing materials, and customer support content. Lead a team of localization specialists, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure our content resonates powerfully across diverse languages and cultures.

Responsibilities:
- work with external providers to deliver localized content
- dedicate time to find localization issues in app and on the website
- use data to determine priorities and scope of projects
- develop and manage the localization team
- liaise between product teams, marketing and design teams
- promote localization efforts within the company
- develop, own and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders
- review and influence Machine Translation and AI-generated translation
- develop, own and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders
- develop localization strategy for the company
You may be the perfect fit if you have:
- degree in translation, linguistics or similar field of study
- minimum 3 years of localization industry, preferably in tech
- experience with CAT, CMS and TMS
- experience in managing Translation Memories, Glossaries and Style Guides
- experience in building and managing a team
- ability to manage operations at scale
- proficiency in managing technical processes
- analytical skills and experience or passion for being data-driven
- professional fluency in English and Polish
Salary range:
- Contract of employment: 8000-10000 PLN gross/month
- B2B contract: 380,00-476,00 PLN MD/net
