We are seeking a creative Outbound Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success on the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

  • coordinating outbound marketing projects in cooperation with the Global Marketing Team
  • coordinating the creation of outbound communication assets (emails, in-app notifications, etc.) in cooperation with the Global Marketing Team
  • managing GetResponse's social media accounts for SMB products on the Polish market
  • overseeing the creation of visuals (including videos) for social media use
  • engaging with communities on social media platforms and marketing forums
  • close collaboration with various teams across the company (Customer Success, SEO Team, Design)
  • running continuous experiments to optimize communication strategies
  • participating in content promotion activities through organic and paid methods and in collaboration with the PPC Team
  • assistance in organizing marketing events (e.g., offline conferences, webinars)
  • managing the marketing gadget stock

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • at least 2 years of experience in online marketing (content, social media, communications)
  • 1 year of proven experience in social media profile management
  • BA/BS marketing degree
  • experience in writing content that’s optimized for readers and for search engines
  • knowledge of Canva or a similar tool
  • project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • self-starter attitude, proactively seeking new projects and opportunities
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • excellent Polish and English language skills

Nice to have:

  • knowledge of Beamer and Appcues would be an asset

Salary range:

  • Contract of employment: 5500-7500 PLN gross/month
