Senior Marketing Specialist (EMEA&US)

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing automated email communication and nurturing cycles sent to customers and leads from EMEA and the US
  • Coordinating campaigns through paid networks (PPC) – we have dedicated teams of PPC specialists here, but your job would be to coordinate the vision and campaign releases
  • Coordinating the creation of campaign assets, including but not limited to landing pages, banners, emails and PDF guides with designers and copywriters
  • Establishing & maintaining marketing partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors, networks or agencies to position our brand on EMEA and US markets
  • Proactively maintaining communication with our existing or potential users by writing the marketing copy and planning the design
  • Coordinating video creation and being able to run a webinar from time to time as a presenter
  • Creating and publishing social media posts in coordination with our external team
  • Launching surveys and performing A/B tests
  • Coordinating and implementing translations of the content (if needed)

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing (content, social media, communications, ads, lead generation)
  • Copywriting skills, content creation experience (blog posts, ads, newsletters, etc.)
  • Experience with the coordination of Google Ads and Social Media PPC campaigns
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation
  • Growth-hacking and analytical mindset
  • Tech-curiosity, you’re ambitious and want to grow and learn fast, you love exploring new tech tools and learning more about online marketing
  • Excellent language skills and English fluency (at least C1 level)

Nice-to-have experience:

  • Presentation skills – it would be great if you are capable of running webinars
  • Experience with building landing pages and running A/B tests on websites
  • Experience working in the US market

Salary range:

Contract of employment: 11,000 – 13,000 PLN gross/month

B2B contract: 524 - 620 PLN net/man-day
