Are you passionate about shaping innovative digital products that drive real impact? GetResponse is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we are continually looking to expand our product offerings and enhance the overall customer experience. This is where you come in! We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving the strategy and roadmap for a crucial part of our product – contact management. You will serve as a liaison between the business side and the development team so that the business requirements are successfully translated into product development.

Key responsibilities:

  • developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap
  • defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure product success and make data-informed product investments
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product development process, bring new features to the market, and ensure successful product launches
  • working with our internal Data Team to leverage data and analytics in guiding product decisions and optimizing performance
  • gathering feedback and insights from customers to verify product alignment with market needs
  • defining product requirements
  • monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and make recommendations

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
  • knowledge of software development, web technologies and web programming
  • understanding of the usability of online applications
  • proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, prioritize and manage development projects
  • excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between development teams and other departments
  • proven experience working in Agile/Scrum
  • excellent command of Polish, and communicative English (at least B2)

Nice-to-have experience:

  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • familiarity with quality assurance processes

Salary range:

Contract of employment: 10 000 – 17 000 PLN gross/month

B2B contract: 607 - 1014 PLN net/man-day
