Key responsibilities:

  • Promote our company online (e.g. social media and forums via your own profile)
  • Working closely with the CEO & PR team, giving interviews, participating in podcasts and other such media appearances
  • Work with the CEO, social media and PR teams on how to best use the CEO's own social media and profile to build up the GetResponse brand in the US market
  • Represent our company at product launches/events/tradeshows in the US as an ambassador
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers and potential marketing or product partners based in the US
  • Suggesting new ways/channels for building our brand within the US market
  • Be the go-to person for arranging company media appearances in the US
  • Appearing in videos for branding and promotional activity
  • Presenting within promotional company videos
  • Assist in the organizing of US marketing events
  • Always maintain a positive image of the brand
  • Create reports and use that data to analyze what’s working and what’s not, making suggestions accordingly
  • Track and report on competitors’ activity when it comes to attending events, media appearances, and general PR activity


You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador/Spokesperson or similar role
  • Strong and respected social media presence within the online marketing space
  • Exceptional knowledge of the online marketing industry
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Having exceptional knowledge and experience in SaaS, and/or a similar product to GetResponse
  • Experience creating online content
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people


Nice-to-have experience:

  • Previous SaaS/B2B experience
