As a Junior Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Key responsibilities:

  • manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation flow
  • answer calls and respond to information requests from both internal and external stakeholders
  • liaise with external partners, suppliers of goods and services, and institutions (telecommunications, post offices, couriers, public offices, suppliers)
  • collaborate with the facilities manager for effective office space management
  • purchase office equipment and order necessary office supplies
  • schedule travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation
  • handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • prepare primary documents and reports when needed
  • provide general administrative support for the GetResponse office and its employees daily

You may be the perfect fit if you have:

  • experience gained in working with people, particularly in customer service roles
  • excellent command of Polish
  • proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Nice-to-have experience:

  • experience in administration, including at least 3 months of practice or an internship in a similar position.
  • effectiveness in information research using internet sources
  • excellent communication skills and a readiness to cooperate within a team

Salary range:

Contract of employment: 4500 – 4900 PLN gross/month
