Our Sales Team is searching for a new BDE. As a Business Development Executive, you will acquire enterprise customers for our online marketing software through outbound sales. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Poland, you will help execute a comprehensive business development strategy.

To succeed in the job, you need excellent communication and presentation skills, an unbeatable attitude and a passion for new technologies.

We provide rest – the necessary training, top-notch equipment and tools for efficient work like MacBooks, Hubspot CRM, Slack, Jira, Loom.com, Apollo.io, SalesNavigator.

Key responsibilities:

  • generate and develop new sales opportunities
  • reach revenue targets in accordance with the department’s strategy
  • work daily with the CRM system (Hubspot) in order to keep information up-to-date and optimize sales funnels
  • identify new potential customers and proactively contact them (outbound)
  • set up and lead customer demos for successful product presentations
  • represent GetResponse at trade shows
  • consult in relation to the current best practices in email marketing and marketing automation

You may be a perfect fit if you have:

  • native Polish
  • very good command of English (min. B2)
  • at least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience on the Polish market
  • preferably 1 year’s experience in selling SaaS applications to enterprise and mid-market customers
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • can-do attitude, natural passion and the ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
  • strong skills in negotiating and closing deals

Salary range:

  • Contract of employment: 6,500 - 7,500 PLN gross/month + monthly sales commission
  • B2B contract: 300 - 350 PLN net/man-day + monthly sales commission
