Job Description:

First-Step Mediation is in search of a skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Are you experienced in various marketing functions such as communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media? Join our team and play a pivotal role in promoting conflict resolution while showcasing your creative flair.

Contract Duration: March/April 2024 - June 2024

Employment Type: Part-time 10-12 hours/week

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Development and Outreach:

  • Outreach Plan: Develop a strategy outlining how you'll approach connecting with contacts. Define the messaging, frequency, and channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Personalized Emails: Craft tailored messages that resonate with the audience. Focus on building relationships rather than direct selling.
  • Response Management: Monitor responses, engage with contacts promptly, and adjust strategies based on feedback.

2. Content Creation:

  • Diverse Content: Create engaging content aligned with our brand voice for blog posts, emails, and landing pages.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content, reflecting your brand identity.
  • Data-Driven Content: Use analytics to understand what content performs well and tailor future content accordingly.

3. Marketing Automation:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot's features to set up automation for lead nurturing, including automated email campaigns triggered by specific actions.
  • Workflow Creation: Develop workflows based on lead behavior to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly review analytics to gauge automation effectiveness and make adjustments for better performance.

Additional Responsiblites:

  • Other duties as needed, including occasional in-person tasks, to support company operations.
  • Represent the First-Step Mediation brand at industry events whether in person or online.

Skills and Experience:

  • High Proficiency in technology and media
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and retention techniques.
  • Content creation skills across various formats.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Excellent administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and organizational skills to manage various projects effectively.
  • Bring a fresh and creative perspective to our initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education and/or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • A genuine interest in conflict resolution and a desire to contribute positively to communities.

Pay Scale: Starting pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
