Job Description

This is a remote position.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to convert our existing virtual Black Entrepreneurship Program into an on-demand curriculum. This role involves creating engaging, high-quality educational content that can be accessed by learners at their convenience.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze the current virtual program materials.

  • Create, Structure and Develop a structured on-demand curriculum, including video lessons, reading materials, assignments, and assessments.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

  • Incorporate multimedia elements to enhance learning.

  • Ensure the curriculum meets instructional design standards and best practices.

  • Test and refine the curriculum based on feedback from pilot users.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

  • Strong proficiency in instructional design principles, e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms

  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and multimedia tools.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in the subject matter of the program (preferred)

  • Bilingual - fluent in French and English (preferred)
