Job Description: We seek a program admin digital intern to support our consulting team with project operations, communications, and documentation. This hybrid position is ideal for students pursuing careers in healthcare systems, consulting, public health, project management, or administration. The role provides hands-on experience in managing consulting projects and introduces students to the use of digital tools essential in professional environments. Students will gain and apply skills in communication, project coordination, time management, and digital documentation using industry-standard platforms.
Responsibilities
The student will be required to:
- Provide administrative support to consultants, including calendar management, file organization, and meeting scheduling.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and client documents.
- Organize project materials and maintain digital filing systems.
- Transcribe and summarize meetings using Otter.ai.
- Respond to emails and manage shared inbox inquiries.
- Track tasks and deadlines using ClickUp.
- Support knowledge mobilization activities such as (but not limited to); course creation, animation of course materials, and voice-over.
Opportunity for Skill Development
Students will develop the following skills:
- Digital project coordination using ClickUp.
- Document preparation and editing for client presentations and proposals.
- Professional communication with clients and teams via Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Create a transcription and meeting summary using Otter.ai.
- Understanding of healthcare systems and consulting workflows.
- Enhanced knowledge mobilization skills.
Requirements
This position involves daily use of the following tools and technologies:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – for documentation, data tracking, and communication.
- Microsoft Teams & Zoom – for virtual collaboration and meetings.
- ClickUp – a project management platform used to track tasks, deadlines, and workflows.
- Otter.ai – used to transcribe meeting notes and generate written summaries from audio content.
- Email and shared calendars are used for scheduling and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of the above tools is relevant to succeed in this role. The student will be required to have:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Creative writing skills.
Rate: The rate for this position is fixed and will vary based on the skills of the student.
Contract Duration: May -August 2025.
