    • Co-ordinate, schedule and arrange meetings and takes detailed minutes
    • Type and answer correspondence on behalf of Culture Matters Foundation
    • Manage social media pages
    • Source materials and talent needed for Black History Month installation, and coordinate acquiring said materials and talent
    • Book and schedule choir rehearsal venue
    • Assists in recruiting members of youth choir. i.e.. creating flyers, emailing schools and community organizations
    • Performs other duties as assigned which are directly related to the major responsibilities of the job.
