Job Description:

As a Sales Associate at Canadian Grants, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best products or services to meet those needs. Your passion for sales and customer satisfaction will be crucial to our company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales pitches in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone.
• Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend appropriate products or services.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients.
• Process customer orders, including payment transactions and necessary paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to meet and exceed departmental goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be an Ontario resident
