Job Description:

As a Market Research Associate at Canadian Grants, you will be at the forefront of our business strategy, helping us make informed decisions, identify opportunities, and remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. You will be responsible for supporting management in conducting market research and analysis, generating insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management in supporting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
• Collect and data from various sources, including surveys, webinar sessions, focus groups, competitor analysis, and industry reports.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of target audiences and their behavior.
• Create and maintain detailed reports, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with management to provide recommendations for product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Monitor and assess the performance of client products and campaigns in the market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry news and emerging technologies to provide timely insights.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience
• Proven experience in market research, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the MS office
• Must be Ontario resident
