Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Canadian Grants, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand’s online presence and ensuring it resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, and measuring the impact of your efforts. If you are passionate about social media and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and engage with the online community.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of social media campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and targeting.


  • High school diploma
  • 8 years experience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop and maintain a unique brand voice.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
