Eligibility Requirements:

This role is funded, in part, by the Black Founders Network (BFN) Career Advancement Program supported by the Ministry of Citizenship & Multiculturalism and their Black Youth in Action Plan (BYAP) which works towards eliminating systemic, race-based disparities by increasing opportunities for Black youth across the province. Therefore, to be eligible for this role, applicants must self-identify as Black, be between 18 – 35years old, be based in Ontario, and participate in the Employment Readiness Workshops organized by BFN and their community partners (register here to receive updates on upcoming workshops).

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a part-time role (8 to 10hrs a week) with the opportunity to transition to fulltime based on performance and mutual fit.

As a Technical Sales, Brands, and Partnerships Manager at Anutio, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by fostering relationships and partnerships with key players in our target segments. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, assess, and establish strategic partnerships that align with Anutio's mission and goals. Cultivate relationships with potential partners, including educational institutions, businesses, non-profits, startups, and associations, to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, targeting students and career professionals. Utilize various channels to attract and engage our target audience.

Brand Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, both physically and virtually, by attending partner events, industry conferences, and online platforms to promote Anutio among students and career professionals.

Industry Representation: Represent Anutio at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our visibility and network with potential partners and talents.

Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand our partnership opportunities, leveraging existing relationships while forging new ones to achieve milestone goals.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners and manage partnership contracts to ensure that agreements are mutually advantageous and in line with company objectives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and user acquisition efforts to measure the impact on Anutio's growth and make data-driven decisions for ongoing improvements.

Required Core Skills:

Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to effectively negotiate and close deals, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute partnership and user acquisition strategies that align with business objectives.

Networking: Excellent networking capabilities within the industry, educational institutions, businesses, non-profits, startups, and associations.

Traffic Generation: Proficiency in driving traffic across various online and offline channels to acquire talents and partner organizations.

Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, business development, partnership management, and user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships and driving user acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of trends and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, analytics tools, and various marketing channels.
  • Willingness to attend partner events, conferences, and user acquisition activities.
