Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with African food businesses registered on the AfriDish platform. Respond to inquiries, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure a positive user experience.
2. Account Support: Provide support to businesses in utilizing AfriDish's digital tools for effective business management. Offer guidance on optimizing product listings, promotions, and overall online presence.
3. Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in data entry and analysis related to user interactions, sales trends, and platform performance. Contribute to generating insights to enhance the overall user experience.
4. Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for businesses on the platform. Facilitate communication between AfriDish and registered businesses through various channels.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
