Position: Youth Outreach Coordinator

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Contract Duration: March 20th, 2024 - November 20th, 2024

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description:

Role:

• Conduct email outreach to clients
• Make cold calls to potential clients
• Engage in face-to-face outreach with clients
• Manage social media marketing efforts across various platforms to effectively promote our programs

Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Passionate about community work and driving positive community change

Additional Details:

• Hours per Week: 15-25 hours
• Desired Start Date: March 20th, 2024
• Hybrid Work Model: Combination of remote work and in-person outreach
• Duration of Work Placement: Contracted until November 20th, 2024

Eligibility Requirement:

This role is funded, in part, by the Black Founders Network (BFN) Career Advancement Program, supported by the Ministry of Citizenship & Multiculturalism through their Black Youth Action Plan (BYAP). The BYAP aims to eliminate systemic, race-based disparities by increasing opportunities for Black youth across the province.
